These terms govern your use of the websites, forms, portals and tools run by ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What we do

We help people and businesses understand their funding options and apply with lenders and other providers. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. Read our important disclosures.

Using our services

Give us information that is true, complete and current, and keep it up to date.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract, or be authorized to act for the business you represent.
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, probe or overload it, no scraping, no use of it to send spam or to break the law, and no sharing of another person's information without their permission.

Estimates and results

Any estimate, range, score or plan we show is an educational estimate based on what you tell us. It is not an offer, an approval or a promise of funding, a rate or a result. Lenders make their own decisions on their own terms.

Fees

If you agree to pay us a fee, the amount and timing are set out in the agreement or invoice you accept before you pay. Nothing is charged until you agree to it. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

Communications

You agree we may contact you by phone, text and email about your request. See our SMS terms and electronic consent. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and information you give us. You allow us to use them to provide the service, to share them with lenders and providers you ask us to, and as described in our privacy policy.

Our content

The site, the software, the text and the logos belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service. You may not copy or resell them.

Third-party sites and lenders

Links and lender sites are run by others. We are not responsible for their content, terms or decisions.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will lead to funding.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or funding that was not approved. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect people or the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership, liability and disputes) will continue.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first and we will try in good faith to resolve any concern within 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless a separate written agreement between us says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
