This page explains how uses electronic records and signatures. By agreeing, you confirm you can receive and keep records electronically.

What you agree to

We may give you notices, disclosures, agreements, invoices, statements and other records electronically, by email, text link, or on our website and portals.
You may sign documents electronically. An electronic signature, such as typing your name or selecting an accept button, has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
We may keep electronic copies of what you sign, along with the date, time and technical details of the signing.

What you need

A device with a current web browser, an internet connection, a working email address, and a way to save or print documents (such as a PDF viewer).

Paper copies

You can ask for a paper copy of any record you received electronically by contacting us below. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where the law allows.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us. If you do, we will stop sending electronic records going forward, but it may mean we can no longer provide some services. Withdrawing does not affect records you already received or signed.

Keeping your email current
