We do not lend money and we do not make credit or underwriting decisions. Lenders and funding providers decide whether to approve you, how much, and on what terms.

Estimates are not offers

Pre-approval estimates, ranges and scores on our pages are educational. They are based only on the information you enter. They are not an offer of credit, an approval, a commitment to lend, or a guarantee of any amount, rate or result.

No guarantee of funding

We cannot guarantee that you will be approved or funded, or that your credit will improve by any amount or by any date.

Credit checks

Our estimator does not check your credit. If we review your credit report, we will ask for your permission first. A lender you apply with may check your credit, which can affect your score.

How we are paid

We may charge a fee for our services, and we may receive compensation from lenders or providers when a funding is completed. We tell you about any fee you will pay before you agree to it.

Referral partners

Some people who send you to us are independent referral partners. They are not our employees, they do not make decisions for us, and they may be paid by us for referrals. They have no authority to promise you any approval, rate or result.
