What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, address.
Business details: business name, entity type, time in business, revenue, industry.
Credit and financial information you provide or authorize us to review, such as credit reports, bank statements and tax documents. Your date of birth and Social Security number are stored encrypted.
Messages and calls between you and us (text messages and call notes), and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser when you submit a form.

How we use it

To review your funding options, prepare a plan, and help you apply with lenders you choose.
To contact you about your request by phone, text and email.
To keep our service secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to message you about your funding request. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. You can reply STOP at any time. See our SMS terms.

Referral partners

If you apply to be a referral partner, we collect what you put on your application (name, company, email, phone, website, how you plan to refer people) and your sign-in details. Once you are approved we also keep your payout details (such as Zelle or bank information) and tax details, which are stored encrypted and shown only in part. If a partner referred you to us, we tell that partner your status and progress so they can follow their referral, and we keep a record of that link for commissions.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools that keep you signed in, protect forms from abuse, and help us understand how our pages are used. Where we turn on advertising or analytics tools, they collect basic technical data such as pages visited. You can block cookies in your browser, although some features may stop working.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with lenders and financial institutions when you ask us to submit an application; with service providers who help us run our systems (hosting, messaging, email, document handling) under confidentiality obligations; and when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as needed for legal, accounting and compliance reasons. Credit-report files can be deleted on request.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop messages, by contacting us below. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to get a copy, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
